What should I expect?
Each day of the challenge you’ll receive an email from me (firstname.lastname@example.org) with a specific exercise/tip for the day. You’ll also be invited to our Facebook Group where you’ll be able to post and share your responses. The group is a great place to get inspiration & stay accountable to each day of the challenge.
Each challenge exercise should take anywhere from 10 minutes and/or may just be something you’ll practice throughout the day. There will be opportunities to get further support in the Facebook Group as well.
What are the best practices to succeed?
Block off some time each day to read the challenge email + complete the exercise(s).
