Helping ambitious moms redefine success after motherhood
You had a vision for your life. Then motherhood changed the questions.
If you feel like you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way, you’re not alone. Together, we’ll help you reconnect with who you are and create a life that works for the person and mom you’ve become.
You worked hard, invested in your future, and developed a clear picture of what success was supposed to look like.
For years, you knew what you were working toward.
Then motherhood arrived, and everything changed.
You may be exhausted, overwhelmed, or simply trying to make it through the day. And underneath it all, you may find yourself asking questions you never expected:
Who am I now?
What do I want my life to look like?
How do I balance what I need with what everyone else needs from me?
How do I make room for the parts of myself that still matter?
What does success look like in this season?
Maybe you haven’t lost yourself.
Maybe you’re becoming someone new.
And maybe that’s exactly where your next chapter begins.
Coach. Facilitator. Learning & Development Leader. Mom.
For more than a decade, I’ve helped people navigate change, clarify what matters, and move forward with confidence.
I know what it feels like to be capable, ambitious, and used to keeping everything moving. Becoming a mom brought an identity shift I did not expect. I began questioning who I was, what I wanted, and whether the life I had built still fit me.
Working with a coach helped me slow down and reconnect with what mattered most in this season. It gave me the courage to build a life around my values - including a career in coaching.
Today, I coach ambitious moms navigating the identity shifts, competing priorities, and uncertainty that can come with motherhood. Together, we uncover what is keeping you stuck and create a more grounded, meaningful path forward.
You’re already carrying so much, and you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’d be honored to support you.
